Moulded gaiters
We produce a large range of moulded gaiters in elastomeric materials from EPDM to DuPont™ Viton® polymers, and in a variety of colours and hardnesses that can be tailored to suit customer requirements.
Materials can be provided that are certified to FDA and USP Class VI specifications.
Manufacturing capabilities
Our current size range for moulded gaiters extends from less than 3mm diameter to in excess of 400mm. Shapes can be tailored to individual requirements with lengths up to 500mm. Side spouts, breather holes and clips can readily be supplied.
In addition, colours and surface finishes can be provided to match mating components.
Industries served
We mould such items for industries including: defence, rail, pharmaceutical processing, medical equipment, agricultural, food production and food labelling.
Technical support & tooling
We offer customers full support in component development and design. Our CAD facilities enable 
communication directly with customers' engineers to provide design and value engineering. Designs can then be transferred to our extensive tool room for the production of prototypes and production tooling.
