What IPPC means to plant operators
Sealing the IPPC is a free 24-page booklet from James Walker that explains many aspects of the European Union's Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control directive - which was implemented for existing plants in October 2007.
It offers guidance to businesses on the little-understood directive 96/61/EC that can carry large fines or even imprisonment for non-compliance. The booklet also covers concepts such as Best Available Technique (BAT) that helps sites to achieve IPPC compliance.
In addition, it explains how James Walker can help process companies to control VOC emissions by using its services, plus products that represent BAT and are approved to TA-Luft and other appropriate standards.
